Our Board.

Sarah Van Sickle, lovingly known as Sarah the Beauty Hunter to all of us, is a passionate young woman who won’t stop at anything to achieve her dream. As an All-SEC soccer player for the University of Tennessee, Sarah pursued and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology. She now spends her days helping women get more fit and healthy, both inside and out, as well as personal training at Johnny Long’s Training Academy.
Chelse has a successful career as part of the senior management team at a global healthcare company. She has also served on the Board of Directors for two other non-profit organizations for several years. Her professional and personal leadership experience help her navigate the business of Beauty Hunters behind the scenes. Chelse was a distance runner for many years until the first BH workout. Having recently suffered a couple of injuries that prevented her from running at the time, she quickly fell in love with bootcamp and strength training. She and Sarah have been close friends for over 10 years walking through several seasons of life together. Starting a non-profit that impacts women was pretty natural.

“Beauty Hunters is really the only place in my life where women are competitive, but not with each other. Instead, they fight FOR each other. That dynamic creates a palpable shift inside and out. It changes the way a BH woman encounters ‘non-BH women’ in other areas of daily life. It challenges the thought process and causes us to fight for the women around us at home, in the workplace, at the coffee shop, wherever. Congratulations ladies, we’ve created more than a fitness group. Beauty Hunters is a movement that is changing lives.” ~Chelse Dyer, President

So many go from being apprehensive about their first time to feeling a sense of belonging and a new self worth. Because of everything Beauty Hunters is doing and seeing first hand the life change that is being happening, it was an honor to join this board. The best is yet to come!”
